Benchtop autoclaves with counterpressure

Our autoclaves are designed to cook, pasteurize or sterilize packaged foods to facilitate the development of new formulas and containers in the food industry and in the packaging industry.

They are compact, easy to install and have all the technology and versatility you need to carry out all kinds of tests: adjustable counterpressure, process regulation by up to 2 heart temperature probes, direct control of F0 and P0 values, calculation of the real Σ%F0 and Σ%P0 achieved after completing each cycle and programming of up to 11 segments of temperature and pressure.

Main features

All TERRA Food-Tech ® autoclaves can regulate their cycles using the following parameters:

Adjustable temperature between 50 and 130ºC
Temperature regulation by flexible heart probe or chamber probe
Adjustable pressure support up to 2.1 Barg
Programs with up to 5 initial and 5 final segments, independently adjustable by time, pressure and temperature
Regulation by F0 and P0 values, with additional registry of Σ%F0 and Σ%P0
Adjustable water filling cycles by number and duration
